The agent statistics today are sad, 80% of agents end up leaving the industry. Only 5% of agents end up building a business that builds true wealth that they can sell or pass along to the next generation. 

But the good news is that you are here because you refuse to settle, and want to succeed!

As a busy agent, who loves to travel and not be tied to working 24/7, I totally understand the hunt for wanting the next deal. It can seem so hard to not work yourself to death to get ahead. 

I have been an investor and an agent for 8 years. We have an amazing thriving business with flips, rentals, and 100’s of agent deals all happening at the same time. We have consistent paychecks hitting our bank account each week. 

But… 

That was not always the case. 

In fact, for the first 5 years of our business, it was mediocre at best. 

I struggled a lot; I would occasionally find myself eating ramen noodles for weeks at a time. Having no idea when my next paycheck would be and how I would make payments on my house. I kept going back and forth on strategies and changing my game plan. 

In reality, I was not building an efficient business that was vertically integrated.  

I started the agent path of my business in 2018 because I was completely lost internally. I knew I needed a change as I was extremely unhappy with my direction and unsure of what I wanted to do. As an agent I was able to help more people and help myself. I truly found my path. 

I desperately wanted a thriving, extraordinary, and legendary real estate business. I just didn’t know how. 

Shortly after I partnered with Three Doors my business began to boom. I met so many agents and investors.

Most agents will make prospecting their first priority, which makes sense.
